The Equalities Department is fundedd by the Newcastle Fund and Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) to provide free legal advice and representation to people experiencing discrimination.

Newcastle Law Centre offers a unique specialist Discrimination law service to people living in Tyne and Wear and the North East.

We can help if you have been discriminated against because of:

• Age
• Disability
• Sexual orientation
• Race
• Religion or belief
• Gender re-assignment
