Supporting Organisations

Services for organisations

Newcastle Law Centre offers second tier advice and training to organisations in all our areas of specialism.

Second – tier advice

Newcastle Law Centre provides free second tier advice to other lawyers, organisations and individuals who are assisting or supporting people with immigration, asylum, employment or family law issues if they are working with clients from Newcastle and the surrounding areas.

Second tier advice simply means that the advice is not being provided to an individual directly, for instance:

  • This advice may relate to more information on an issue in general, such as asylum law
  • It may relate to an individual that you are supporting, for instance, you may be unclear as to whether or not there is a legal issue that requires the involvement of solicitor or be unsure of the area of law
  • It may be more in-depth advice relating to an individual.   Please note, however, that we will not provide legal advice if an individual already has a solicitor

Please contact us on 0191 230 4777.

We offer a programme of tailored and bespoke training in all our specialist areas of Law. Please see the training section of the website for more details.
