Free Advice:
Funded by Newcastle City Council, we provide a free family law advice service for those who can’t afford legal fees. The service is available via appointment only on Monday, Thursday and Friday. You can choose to have a telephone or face-to-face appointment.
Please call us on 0191 230 4777 or e-mail [email protected] for further information in relation to these services and for details of our next available appointments.
We might be able to offer advice and assistance in relation to the following areas:

- Children matters relating to separation
- Children matters involving social services
- Domestic violence
- Divorce
The above list is not exhaustive; if your query does not relate to any of the above, we still encourage you to call us so that we can advise accordingly. Please note, we’re unable to discuss figures on financial settlements due to insurance restrictions.
If you do not live within the Newcastle area, you can access our low-cost family law service, which is part of our affordable services offering.
