We provide specialist immigration and asylum advice to North East residents.
The level of advice that we can provide will depend on individual circumstances as well as funding provision.
Tyne and Wear Residents
Legal Aid
From 1 September 2018, we re-commenced provision of legal aid advice to Tyne & Wear residents. Legal Aid advice is free depending on circumstances of a case and your income. Please call our mainline to discuss your requirements.
Other Forms of Support
If you are a refugee or asylum seeker and you are not able to get Legal Aid, we may be able to help you via the North East Refugee Law Project. The project is funded by Lloyds Bank Foundation to provide a range of legal services to unrepresented Refugees and Asylum Seekers who reside in Tyne and Wear and are ineligible for Legal Aid.
